Created in Brazil, Brainstorm Dance Company has been established in France since 2022. The company aims to create spaces for dialogue, questioning, and exchange, directly engaging with the complexity of our human relationships. For Juliana Kis, founder of Brainstorm Dance Company, dance is a celebration of life and a claim for freedom. From this commitment, Juliana, with her company, creates a multidisciplinary and multicultural artistic identity that integrates contemporary and hip-hop dance, music, the combination of different cultures, singing, and poetry.

The company's mission highlights issues of gender inequality, the hope for equity, and the desire to build a society together. Each of these struggles is accompanied by a democratization of dance itself, particularly in places with limited access to culture. The aim is to bring the company's creations into public and private, cultural and non-cultural establishments.

The company's artistic commitment found its first resonance in Brazil with the piece "Físico, Verbal e Emocional". This first creation addresses violence against women and highlights the importance of their unity to help those in vulnerable situations.

The second creation of Brainstorm Dance Company, "Entrelacées" emerged as a continuation of the first, further developing a multidisciplinary and multicultural artistic identity in support of sisterhood and women's resilience. "Entrelacées" again emphasizes the importance of unity and offers an initiatory journey filled with twists and joy.
